Tom Konesky, a dedicated family man and successful entrepreneur, is rooted deeply in the values and experiences of Michigan’s working-class families. Born and raised in River Rouge, Tom grew up understanding the value of hard work and community support. His father, a retired Ford auto worker, and his mother, a nurse’s aide, instilled in him the importance of perseverance and service from a young age.

The second oldest of four boys, Tom learned early the significance of family and teamwork. His educational journey took him to Michigan State University, but the untimely passing of his father in 1992 brought him back to his roots, where he discovered his entrepreneurial spirit.

Tom’s business ventures over the years have spanned various industries, but he found his calling in real estate. Establishing himself as a residential real estate appraiser, Tom opened his own firm in 2012, demonstrating his commitment to building and nurturing his community.

In 2014, Tom and his family built their permanent home in Lyon Township, a decision that reflects his deep commitment to setting down roots and making a lasting impact in the area he loves.
